I created this t-shirt to remember Freddie Mercury's 68th Birthday on 5th September.

I was authorized to sell the t-shirts and a part of the profit went to the Mercury Phoenix Trust charity. 

The idea came into my mind when I saw the event "Are you ready to be Freddie?" on the Mercury Phoenix Trust official site. Not so sure if people will comprehend this pic, I will try to describe it! 

The violet is to celebrate the Live At The Rainbow concert, that has been remastered in the same year of "Are you ready to be Freddie?" event. Than the geometric world map on the back, is a connection to the event that has been celebrated in different parts of the world.  The other colors instead are a connection of the Mercury Phoenix Trust logo, to celebrate the fantastic work that is doing to raise awareness about the AIDS disease. The choice to draw Freddie in that way is totally mine, I love him so much with this costume he used during one of his last concerts in 1986.
