Artist and illustrator

I created this illustration in collaboration with the amazing team of Tsunami Edizioni for in occasion of the release of Luca Garrò book "Just One Life - Brian may" an unofficial biography of the legendary guitarist of the rock band Queen.

The idea started while looking at one of the six pence coins that usually Brian uses and that are available to purchase on Queen online store with his profile.

I've tried to recreate the profile and add some elements, like the guitar and his star, typical of his image. 

The idea of doing it only black and white was suggested by the Tsunami Edizioni editors.

It was a promotion for the first preorders of the book in June 2023.
